Report an error in a record
Records here come from the boards. If a record doesn’t match the board’s own records — wrong status, wrong date, wrong business — that is a defect on this site, and it gets fixed or answered fast.
The correction standard
- Every correction report is acknowledged within one business day.
- It is resolved, or answered with what was found, within two business days.
- Where this site’s copy of a record is wrong, the record is corrected. Where the board’s own records are wrong, the page says so and points to the board’s correction channel — this site does not silently depart from the board’s record.
- If you are the licensee of record and a record endangers you — a wrong suspension, a wrong discipline line — say so in the subject; those reports are expedited.
